With some 300 engineers and skilled technicians rotating on the job, our workshops and shipyards across the country are operating around the clock, and by the most demanding international standards, to meet the spring of 2015 launch date in the Tripoli Shipyard. The staff will be boosted to 560 highly skilled Engineers, Technicians and Administrators.
Hart Sakhr: Design and manufacturing workshop operating since 2009
In 2007, a house made of fiberglass sandwich panels which has a theoretical lifetime of 400 years, advanced sound-proofing, thermal insulation, fire resistant and earthquake resistant, was built and inhabited in one month.In 2009, the first workshop of the floating island was built in Hart Sakhr, Lebanon.
The first application of the Advanced Engineering of the Floating Island Dhow 4 was accredited and admitted by the French Marine Society, Bureau Veritas, on June 29th 2005.
In 2005,a catamaran prototype (12m x5m x 5.3m) was launched at Dr. Talal Al Shair’s company, Shairco Factories in Yanbuh KSA, with full success.

In 1998 the (prototype scale 1:10)is completed and simulated successfully in water.
